SUMMARY

As a talented leader in the electrical industry my expertise has propelled

me in my career. The skills that I possess as a project manager as well as

my sound leadership dispatching crews, equipment and equipment during

routine and emergency work has provided much success in my career.

Providing effective leadership, performance oversight, technical

competency, and professional development allows me to support the needs and

objectives of the company. Furthermore, My ability to manage staffing,

budgets, mentoring, contractors, etc. in a fast paced marketplace has

increased safety, production and profits as well in my career journey.

My effectiveness to implement Emergency Response plans for multiple

business units then train personnel to implement those plans while assuming

a leadership role as a Incident Commander to assure proper implementation

of the incident command system.
