. Oversee a team of 13 Associates consisting of seven Concierges, eight
Doormans, four Porters and one Handyman
. Oversee all projects related to the physical aspect of the building as
well as the operations of all mechanical components.
. I have been involved in several Capital Improvements; Fa ade and
terraces restoration in the amount of $575,000, garage restoration in
the amount of $850,000, elevator modernization in the amount of
$900,000 and hallway restoration in the amount of $1,700,000.
The Bristol House Condominium Association 2001 - 2005
Superintendent
. The Bristol House is a 19 story, 142 residential unit plus one
commercial (located at the ground level) in Hackensack
. Oversaw a team of eight Associates consisting of five Concierges, two
Porters and one Handyman
. During my employment at The Bristol House I participated in several
Capital Improvements; Replacement of a steam 60 psi boiler in the
amount of $50,000, garage restoration in the amount of $250,000 and
balcony restoration in the amount of $325,000
