Manage the secure build out (launch) and decommissioning of storage hardware at data center locations; included responsibility for project planning, project launch queue development, vendor oversight, and coordination of technical and facility-related activities.

• Interface with vendors to initiate leased equipment replacement/extension/delivery as well as ensuring completeness of all racking, stacking, cabling, and wiring work is completed on time.

• Optimize and maintain comprehensive floor and rack plans and asset inventories; includes assignment of new equipment positions and necessary technical work.

• Lead decommissioning and asset disposal process; includes responsibility for physical removal, data deletion, and de-cabling activities for decommissioned systems.

• Prepare facility for build out; includes floor tile preparation, cut outs, replacements, and reallocation.

Drove success within Morgan Stanley after Hudson Communications won a large contract to manage IMAC activity for all New York area sites; including responsibility for facility coordination and leadership at Morgan Stanley’s Jersey City facility (2004 -2011).
