residential, commercial, and hospital construction projects with a combined
value of $25M ($5M value for the largest) on across South Florida, Alabama,
North Carolina, and Maryland. Ensured the on-time completion of each phase
of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, labor/equipment scheduling,
material buyouts, subcontractor contract negotiations, submittals,
superintendent oversight, and construction. Maintained optimal
profitability by compiling and presenting monthly budget, action item,
labor forecast, project progress, and billing forecast reports to the
Director of Operations. Utilized extensive engineering expertise to
meticulously review all project documentation for potential areas of

Electrical Engineer/Project Manager. Multi-faceted role encompassing the
design and project management of industrial projects across Central and
South Florida. Built on skills honed in electrical engineering to design
projects including CCTV security systems, industrial control panels, and
airport duress system security programs using PLC ladder logic. Managed all
phases of projects from concept through completion, including major
material buyouts, contract document review, subcontractor oversight, and
construction.

IT Manager, administering all network functions to ensure optimal
security and daily operations.
