Access Health Systems, Inc.-provided project supervision for a

Mount Olive Correctional Complex, Montgomery, WV

The medium and maximum security prison for the State of West

Virginia. It included the ground up construction of 17

metal.

Responsible for on-site construction management of entire

project; managed 1 project superintendent, 3 area

superintendents, and a work force of over 400 at the peak of

construction. Duties included scheduling, buyout, budget

oversight, coordination of the work with multiple prime

contractors and interaction with State and Federal Prison

officials.
