services throughout the Bay Area. Big Joe Handling Systems is a privately owned profitable corporation
with in excess of $30M.
Accomplishment: assisted system re conversion: ERP system conversion failure due to poor due
diligence and system functionality limitations led to a re conversion back to originating system.
Considering NetSuite ERP system conversion and currently in feasibility stage.

distributor with annual revenue in excess of $35M.
Accomplishment: ERP system conversion AS400 to SXenterprise. Reorganized company and converted
seven divisions to a new ERP system.

in drilling and installation of all types of earth retention systems, structural support, ground improvement,
grouting including design, build and construction of temporary & permanent shoring for deep excavations.
Product and services include soil nailing, temporary & permanent tiebacks, tiedowns, underpinning, rock
anchors, micro/macropiles, design build shoring, shotcrete, grouting, large diameter drilling, soldier piles
and lagging. Manufacturer and installation of post tensioning systems. AVAR Construction Systems was
a privately held foreign owned subsidiary with annual revenue in excess of $35M.
Accomplishments: ERP system conversion American Contractor to Procontractor. Asset acquisition and
divestiture. Established a material supply & product fabrication division and implemented proper product
and inventory management controls.

environment to financial institutions. Sungard offered bundled services including cloud infrastructure,

Shareholder Systems was a +$100M subsidiary of Sungard, a +$7B publicly traded global leader in
information technologies and software services company. During my tenure, Sungard grew from $450M
to $7B in annual revenue through organic growth and acquisitions.
