Collaborate with New Business Group, business users and clients to gather
business requirements for OmniPlus plan installations. Write and test
requirements for development of automated interface processes including
contributions, census, salary deferrals, loan extracts and custom
reports/data-files. Analyze conversion test file specifications to draft
and test requirements for automated conversions of external retirement
plans. Partner with clients, prior record-keeper and 3rd-party consultant.
Load and manipulate mainframe datasets.

Retirement Plan Coordinator
Retirement Plan Specialist managing various qualified retirement
accounts ranging from 401(k), 457, 403(b) and ESOP plans. Responsibilities
include but not limited to day to day contact with my clients human
resources department, payroll department and executive officers within my
client's firm.
Client Operations Manager
Managing and developing a team of Retirement Plan Coordinators so the
associates are prepared to meet the needs of our external and internal
clients in achieving the firms' goal of "World Class Service".
My Plan Service Team managed a book of business approximately 7 billion in
plan assets with a participant count around 140,000.
In 2001 my Plan Coordinator Team successfully converted to Retirement Plan
Services the Eastman Kodak Savings Investment Plan the largest conversion
to date. Kodak was very satisfied with T. Rowe Price and has served as a
reference for many of our future prospects.
Compliance Analyst
Provide consultative advice and services ensuring that my client's
plans are in compliance with recent legislative changes. Review and
produce plan documents working with my client's to enhance their plan
design. Because of my background in operations I am able to offer
suggestions to the client that not only meet their needs but also fits our
production model. Conduct annual testing which includes but is not limited
to ADP/ACP Testing, Coverage Testing, Top Heavy Testing and Benefits
Testing. Through-out the year I will provide my clients with testing
projections and cost estimates if the client is considering adding a safe
harbor arrangement.

computerized numerical control lathes and mills to produce precision parts
