. Accountable for managing 3 separate, global, and functional teams that
are tasked with delivering roughly 30 to 40 projects across the teams
in a single release cycle

the testing of Verizon provisioning systems alongside vendor software.

testing over 30 software applications. This included the manual
creation, negotiation, disbursement, and resource allocation involved
in providing these data points.
. Effectively coordinated a group of 6-10 people performing different
functions ranging from order entry, engineering, provisioning, and
service assurance while leading the data administration team.
. Invented processes and procedures for managing and creating data to
supply a number of different testing organizations test data for the
FiOS initiative.
. Earned Verizon's top honor in 2007, representing top 2% of Verizon's
employees, for coordinating data needs and developing a process to
avoid duplicating accounts; tracked and resolved issues, and
contributed to a clean migration of accounts with an account fallout
of less that 0.5 percent, as a part of the CSG migration team, which
also helped generate additional revenue in an operational friendly

IT FiOS Command Center-Testing Project Manager (May 2004-November 2004)
. Active leader in a testing command center that was used for the
initial launch of an extremely high-profile FiOS initiative. Tasks
included facilitating a conference bridge with up to 75 people
involved, reporting and distributing metrics to executives on a daily
basis, and troubleshooting issues with over 30 software applications
and their interfaces.
. Effectively acted as a liaison between testing team and executives,
reporting on test metrics, outstanding issues, current needs, and
solutions.
. Leveraged testing, development, and production support points of
contacts obtained through networking to accomplish end to end
initiatives.
. Performed face to face training of groups and individuals for new
hires on technical, administrative, and IT-related aspects of the job.
. Successfully launched the first live FiOS customer in Keller, TX on
time as a result of the end to end test efforts led by the team.
