Summary

I am an entrepreneur and career CTO/architect with over a decade of experience building servers and apps for

mobile, desktops and the web.

I started tinkering with computer hardware and software at the age of 13, learning programming by dissecting

other people's code and eventually having those skills utilized by the Israeli Defense Force.

After spending some time teaching computer programming, I joined my first startup, Internative Solutions,

where I designed and developed one of the first Java-based knowledge management system for the

telecommunication industry.

Case studies show that the framework we developed was what we now know as AJAX. Internative was

acquired by Danshir Systems.

After Internative I moved to the United States and helped several customers including Prada, Valentino and

Michael Kors, with their digital projects, until I was recruited away by Skisafe, a leader in the boat insurance

business, to head the development of their online efforts, helping turn the company into a multi-million dollar

business.

Recently, I joined Keepskor, where I am in charge of all the technology side of the organization.

Responsibilities include end-to-end management of the development and operations of our technical

infrastructure, which allows large brands to build mobile and social games without having to write a line of

code.

- Reassessed and redesigned the platform from the ground up, allowing it to handle customers with greater

- Helped reorganize the development team into front-end and back-end development groups, aligning

resources responsibilities in both local and offshore teams.

- Managed team of developers to ensure that products are delivered on time, on budget, and with a high level

of quality.

- Worked with the CEO to develop the long term technology roadmap of the company.

- Launched the first modern multi-players, multi-channel platform to allow users to easily create and deploy

mobile and social games.

Skisafe is a world leader in the boat insurance business, working as the insurer of choice for over 300,000

boaters from California to Maine.

Responsibilities:

- Recruited and managed cross-functional team of people to develop and run sophisticated boating insurance

products to hundreds of thousands of customers.

- Worked with the company's management to align IT resources to strategic needs.

- Worked side by side with employees to code and release high quality products both internally and

externally.

Accomplishments:

- Architected and implemented original online interface for the company's insurance business.

- Created, from the ground up, online system that interfaced with other insurance providers.

- Built call-center and brokers/dealers solutions used throughout North America.

- Developing industry leading rating and risk analysis modules that helped the company optimize its

offerings.

Senior Software Consultant at Sky IT Group

June 2003 - June 2006 (3 years 1 month)

Sky IT Group provides software development services for a wide array of customers in a large number of

industries.

Responsibilities:

- Provided hands-on design and development for customers in the weapons, aviation and fashion industry.

- Architected and developed consumer electronics and mobile applications for customers.

- Designed and developed award-winning interactive signage and POS systems for customers in the fashion

inudstry.

Internative Solutions was an early provider of Java-based knowledge management and content management

solutions. It was acquired by Danshir Systems.

Responsibilities:

- Recruited and managed a team of 12 people to design, architect, and implement one of the first Java-based

knowledge management system in the mobile industry.

- Worked with CEO to define the technical direction of the company and assess technical opportunities.

Accomplishments:

- Helped land and implement key accounts like Orange, mTEL, BARAK, and others.

- Worked with the rest of the management team to assess potential acquirer and complete due diligence on

partners.
