challenging relations between claimants and insurance companies and other vendors such as
body shops. Entrusted with this critical position and held it for three years, the company’s

motivating a sales team of between 6 and 10 persons. Maintained sales team quality

returns) in order to ensure a flawless customer experience. Maintained and supervised a
fleet of approximately 4000 vehicles. Work ed closely with the City Manager and the Sales
Revenue Manager in training of the sales team while maximizing sales/revenue opportunities.

Started as a sales representative focusing mainly on the renting of vehicles, selling
protection packages and the service and maintenance of approximately 100 cars and
trucks. Later was promoted to Supervisor / Team Leader with additional responsibilities for
