ACHIEVEM • Architected a PMO intranet site by partnering with the Sr. PMO Director & Project

ENTS Managers as a cross-functional portal, displaying reconciled company-wide project

initiatives.

• Established a cross-departmental committee to collaboratively define Volcano’s

SharePoint governance, branding strategy & development models.

• Developed automated web services to deliver user self-help options, process workflow

automations and cost reduction initiatives, company-wide through the SharePoint

platform.

• Established project management principles within the IT department by developing a

project management suite that enabled IT to manage projects and provided reporting

dashboards for IT Management’s global IT operations meetings.

• Analyzed asset tracking processes for Volcano and implemented an Asset Management

solution that delivered asset tracking, history, and recovery as well as stockroom

management.

• Collaborated with Volcano’s HR, Manufacturing & IT departments to develop an

automated approval application to manage contingent employee contract extensions

and terminations.

FINANCIAL IMPACTS

• Reduced SharePoint outside services costs by 87% by absorbing development services

in-house with existing internal resources.

• Designed and implemented budget monitoring solutions to track capital expenditures.

Partnered with global Finance department members and secured Finance leadership

buy in to educate and implement the solution as a company global standard.

• Reduced IT expense operations spending by 43% after implementing a budget

management application that provided IT managers live budget vs. actuals prior to

purchase request approval.
