JOB OBJECTIVE ; General Labor
ASSEMBLY LINES :
Assemble tie rod ends, have too put ballstudes springs, bushings, grease in cup end of
part, spin cup close then add seal and cap too finalize first step of making wheel to wheel base
of sterring arms.
Straighten and pack cookies into gift boxes.
Gage door frames, then have too pack into crates and spray with oilfor shipping .
Primed windows for veichals. The primer had to be certain depth, depending on what
window was being done at the time .
Assembled step ladders, Had to revit steps and brasses too front and back legs, then bolt
on top and revit shelf and feet too ladder .
MACHINE EXPERINCE ;
Ran two different types of spinners, one would remove steel to round off the edges, the
second spinner would fold the steel down too close up cup on part to hold in cap and
copenutes
Welded door frames with a robet welder . Then had to check holes & crackes in the weld
itself .
Also have ran Drills, Broaches, Reamers, Threadrollers . Each one I've learned too change
over for a varity of parts and maintain the tooling to keep products running in spec to blueprint .
Have experince with a varity of computer operated machines. Example Cincnattie Millacron
750 & 1200, Mazak, Mori Seki, Motches and Horazontial & Vertical
CUSTOMER SERVICE ;
Worked department store and gas station, I've ran checkouts, lay away, cash office
stocking shelves, putting up displays and clean up for closing .
waited tables, tended bar and cooked on grill .
