• Supervised 22 employees including an assistant, operators, clerks, and clerical staff at two corporate
locations in total operations relevant to shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, and transportation.
• Evaluated and coordinated logistics and transportation for multiple facilities within the continental United

construction, renovations, and maintenance including framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and masonry.

• Responsible for contract negations and administering project completion in accordance with details and
terms of contracts.
• Employed and/or oversaw the success of 8 – 12 field staff encompassing three grounds maintenance crews
servicing over 60 residential and commercial service contracts annually from 1998 to 2003. Hands-on field
