Summary
With over ** years of information technology experience from leading financial institutions, I have
the required foundation and the expertise to lead and make an invaluable contribution to any
enterprise software development projects.
Using test driven agile development methodologies to rapidly design and develop prototypes and
fully functional systems, I can efficiently and effectively create solutions that solves complex
business problems and improves corporate return on software investments.
Over the years I’ve gain experience in front end graphical user interface designs, middle tier
frameworks and database systems. I’ve assisted in reducing operational costs by optimizing
software and databases to improve throughput, re-engineered modules to improve work flow and
implemented solutions to gain an edge in special business processes while ensuring needs for
security, optimum resource usage, usability, reliability and expandability were not compromised.
I enjoy developing software solutions for complex and challenging problems. I stay current with
technology trends and I am always eager to architect a solution with new methodologies,
languages and tools.

Kripa, Inc, New Jersey Business Founder & Owner Apr 2000 – Nov 2013
As a founder & owner of a software development business, I was responsible for strategic
planning, software design, development and marketing of the firm's products and services.
I had developed custom solutions from industry standard open source software. I analyzed
current trends, customer's preferences and selected platforms which maximized customer's ROI.
I personally developed the solutions and when needed acquired consulting services from industry
experts to deliver solutions on time and on budget.
My focus was on helping companies exploit the latest Internet technologies to create data-centric
corporate web sites. Whether it's for Extra-net or Intranet, I was able to rapidly develop and
implement web sites requiring dynamic contents from database, legacy systems, and/or external
XML/HTML sources.
I used Java, Scala & PHP based multi tier systems framework to deliver enterprise level robust,
efficient and reliable systems.
