As Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at CoreLogic Teletrack,

Responsibilities: I was responsible for testing the functionality, compatibility, reliability, and usability of all

proprietary software. To do so, I had to create test plans, test cases and scripts, setup test tools, such as Actional

Team Server and internal testing software, and conduct all aspects of the testing life cycle for both our new

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) systems and legacy systems. I have extensive experience and skills in the

creation and execution of testing processes, test strategies and plans, bug documentation, and test designs,

specifically Functional, Integration, and Regression testing. In this role, I also gained a lot of experience in client

and software support and solving technical issues as it relates to software integration and testing.

the central storage area for all eligibility information and a single source of entering, maintaining, and tracking

coverage through their employer, Cigna will request information from the clients on each individual selecting the

coverage. This is done through the enrollment process. Once eligible individuals become enrolled participants,
