Analyst Programmer
Without the UMA, Intradiem clients must manually enter and maintain all user information in the
Intradiem User Interface (UI) or import user records from a Comma Separated Value (.csv) file.
Through the UMA, Intradiem is programmatically linked to customer system(s) such as an HR Database
that contains user information. This link makes the process of sharing user data automatic, with little or
no human intervention required. This provides an automated method of building the user hierarchy
structure and user profiles within Intradiem, mapping Intradiem Permission Profiles to internal client
roles, and automating the management of attributes which will then give USAA the ability to streamline
assignments and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Understanding existing business model and customer requirements.
• Analyzed the various subject areas in ODS database along with Business Analyst to determine the
exact business.
• Analyzed the functional specifications provided by the Data Architect and created technical

BITSD, Chennai India Jun 09 - Apr 10
Functional Analyst
The Project was done by software development department for a Telecommunication client. DNA
(Dynamic Network Analyzer) Framework collects connectivity information from each domain but
explicit information on inter-domain connectivity is not available from the Domain Management
System. Inter-Domain Digital Link and Path Manager (IDLPM) supports the inter-domain connectivity
and the end-to-end reports for all existing in-effect service IDP(s) and IDDL(s) or Circuit(s) (Inter-
domain link and paths) that traverse multiple network domains. With the capability to analyze multiple-
domain network data, IDLPM provides solutions to build up inter-domain connectivity data in the DNA
Framework database.
IDLPM provides user tools to manually join all segments of a path from multiple domains.
IDLPM can be used to tie together independent intra-domain segments of inter-domain connections.
Based on these manually established links and all associated information, this feature performs auto
discovery of inter-domain paths. Based on the connectivity information established by this feature, a
Service Provider is given the tool to manage inter-domain service (Paths) trails. As a result, a service
provider can define unique path ID across domains, obtain auto creation of low level service paths, and
manual correlation of mismatched paths.
Responsibilities:
• Interacted with business in gathering requirements and with system architect on Mapping
documents and Design process for various Sources and Targets and created use cases and
process flows for the same.
• Documented the As-Is and To-Be process.
• Evaluated data quality processes.
• Resolved data quality issues
• Developed SQL queries to extract data.
• Interacted with business and Domain Management System IT teams to create a data mapping
document which define, agree and document incoming data mapping specifications.
