maintained network equipment from 3Com, Cisco, and Entrasys equipment.
Responsible for training over 1300 newly enrolled, allied, and Reserve
soldiers annually on hardware, software, and networking technologies. Also

Network Technician, Pinellas County Sheriff's Office
2012-current
. Programmed, installed, and managed Cisco network switches: Cisco
(2960, 3560,3750, 3850 Series). Created vlans for different parts of
the network, wireless, security, cameras, and other equipment dealing
with Sheriff's Office.
. Configure, program, and install Cisco wireless access points. Managed
by Prime infrastructure software which was used to maintain and update
configuration of the wireless and troubleshoot any problems with the
wireless network using this software.
. Experienced installer of network cabling, data connection, and
troubleshooting network connections dealing with the internet or
intranet. I also install gain boxes, terminations on patch panels,
and fixing any connectivity problems.
. Verse in Windows XP and Windows 7, Office 2010, and Cisco Software for
programming and repair.

. Programmed, installed, and managed the following switches: Cisco
