PROJECT BRIEF: A research was conducted to learn what products local

farmers of the region are using and to promote KRIBHCO's product in the

same region.

OBJECTIVES: Studying the scope of bio- fertilizers in Delhi-NCR.

DELIVERABLES: The project gave

. A clear cut market share demarcation between KRIBHCO and its main

competitors IFFCO

. Techniques were suggested to increase the market share.

. Strategies were carved to bring local vendors into the KRIBHCO group

. Graphically represented with help of various statistical tools the

scope of biofertilizers in Delhi NCR .

women empowerment for the same.

. Project done on the pricing strategy of laptops where comparison

PROJECT BRIEF: This project aimed at development of an Online Railway

Reservation Utility where customers are

required to register on the server for getting access to

the database and query result retrieval.

OBJECTIVE: Created software for online reservation system for Indian

Railways covering the following aspects with one click of the mouse.

. Booking, Cancellation & Refund

. PNR, Train status and Seat Selection

DELIVERABLES:

. Developed a database to integrate the process of the Indian Railways

. The process was efficient and fast with being easy to access.

. It not only provided reservation but cancellation could also be done

through this system at ease

. Greater information about the user could be stored and the user would

be updated about changes in reservation status upon cancellations, via

email.
