PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

S&K Plumbing Project Engineer 2/2011 – 2/2014

As the Project Engineer I supported and managed multiple projects. This included budget planning, estimating, labor

management, BIM, change orders, RFI’s, and ensuring material availability for multi -family units, commercial high rises and

schools. Projects averaged around two to ten million dollars.

Fritz Plumbing Estimator/Project Superintendent 1/2009 – 2/2011

As an Estimator and Project Superintendent I strove to ensure we carried out a quality operation by fully planning and

coordinating the individual aspects of each project. I reviewed all plans and specifications to determine materials needed and

identify the scope of each project in order to provide accurate bids . This required frequently drawing information from

multiple sources and taught me to use many software programs. Strong organizational skills, the capacity to keep up with

continually shifting dynamics and the ability to multi -task to meet deadlines were a necessity. Additionally, I worked on

building rapport with new clients and General Contractors to facilitate a positive relationship for on -going work. In this

position I averaged around two to ten million dollars in bids per month dependent upon project size.

TMC Services Foreman/ Superintendent 6/2007 – 1/2009

As a Foreman and Superintendent I oversaw Plumbing crews for new installations and renovations on commercial buildings. I

was responsible for maintaining labor, materials, and equipment costs within our budget constraints. In this position I

maintained relationships with General Contractors and architects to ensure prompt and on-time project completion.

TD Industries Commercial Plumber 10/2001 – 1/2007

As a Commercial Plumber I ran a small crew designing and installing DWV, Compressed air, gas, chemical waste and domestic

water systems for commercial buildings.
