Title: 5.6 mW 900 MHz CMOS LNA with 0.99 dB noise figure

Design of low noise amplifier (LNA) at 900 MHz using 0.13 m RF CMOS

technology at 1.3 V of single power supply .LNA has been designed using

inductive source degeneration cascode topology,Simulation results gives

lowest noise fgure of 0.98 dB reported till date,LNA also exhibits power

consumption of 5.6 mW .the output power of LNA

is -14.16 dBm LNA has 50 ? of matching at both ports .the reported LNA has

best noise figure & power consumption performance ever reported in CMOS

technology. From the simulation results, the LNA exhibits a gain of 28 dB,

noise figure (NF) of 0.99 dB, output return loss (S22) of -14.10 dB, input

return loss (S11) of -22 dB, reverse isolation (S12) of -34 dB, and a power

consumption is 5.6 mW,this LNA uses a single power supply of 1.3V,output

power of this LNA is -14.76 dBm
