Employed Since December 2013 by Industrial Services Group as a Quality Assurance Technician.

o Acted as a representative for the company and communicated with customers to assure that

work performed was in compliance with scope of work.

o Combined 1500+ QC hours dealing with FRP.

o Successfully managed and completed the Horsehead project (a chemical production plant in

SC) for several months.

o Oversaw installation of thousands of feet of fiberglass pipe.

o Managed twenty employees onsite

o Met with other project managers daily to report progress, order material, complete time sheets,

and delegate work.

o Completed over 1500 repairs, tested again, and passed at twice the normal operating pressure.

Also spent a month in Amarillo, TX performing as a QC at Xcel Energy Harrington Station.

o Relined 10,000 sq ft of steel supply and return pipe with a fiberglass laminate.

o Responsible for assuring that the laminate was being installed properly.

o Wrote daily reports and submitted to Xcel Energy engineers.

Between those two jobs I worked in the office assisting our company estimator/contract coordinator.

o Process included performing take offs on each job we were bidding on.

o Bids would range from $10,000 to $3,000,000.

o Looked at all cost involved in performing the job and added our desired profit margin to that

number, then submit that to the vice president for review.

From April 1st through May 20th 2014 I worked on a project in Wilmington, NC.

o Job consisted of replacing thousands of feet of pipe and several tanks.

o Worked in an administrative position creating spreadsheets with all parts (bolts, nuts, washers,

gaskets, pipe, flanges…) in order to complete the job.

o Ordered parts and separated them per job when they arrived.

o This was a $2,000,000 project completed on time.

Consulting Sumter, SC

Also currently working for myself as a timber consultant/salesman.

o Meet with private land owners and negotiate contracts between them and several different

timber companies in order to clear land, or thin areas of timber and get it delivered to the mills.

From August 2013 through December 2013 I consulted for an individual that owns several businesses.

o Created spreadsheets looking at profit margins versus sales in each area and adjusted prices

resulting in increased sales and profitability.

Bellwether Forest Products Columbia, SC

From August 2012 through August 2013 I was on a one year contract to start and develop a trucking

company for a timber company.

o Began by purchasing five older log trucks.

o Handled hiring and firing of drivers,

o Handled payroll.

o Created weekly spreadsheets using formulas and graphs showing cost per ton/per mile to

deliver timber to mills.

o Adjusted routes, changed parts to increase fuel mileage, and used this information in order to

decrease fuel cost and increase profitability within the trucking company.

o Purchased special permits for out of state deliveries.

o Handled leasing trucks when needed.

o Created and submitted weekly expense reports to the company owner and consulted with him to

agree on improvement actions.

o After the contract was up the company had all new Kentworth log trucks and policies were in

place. The trucking company is still up and running successfully.

Home Branch Ranch & Cutting Horse Training & Showing Manning, SC & Weatherford, TX

November 2011 through August 2012.

o Managed fifteen horses and some cattle for a small ranch.

o Responsible for every aspect of the ranch which consisted of training horses, showing them,

keeping them in good physical condition, feeding, vet care and so on.

o Managed one to two other employees that assisted when needed.

o Traveled to Texas to train and show for a couple of months.

Columbia Farms Leesville, SC

From February 2009 through November 2011 I was employed by Columbia Farms as a Broiler Field

Service Representative.

o Responsibilities included visiting anywhere from seventeen to twenty two farms every week

making sure they were complying with company policy.

o Wrote service reports detailing how each flock was progressing and any issues that it may have

had.

o Ordered feed.

o Delivered medication and other farm chemicals.

o Dissected birds and diagnosed health issues.

o Kept up with mortality.

o Attended weekly meetings, and reported information to the Broiler and Production Manager

during meetings about each farm’s performance.
