• Maintained a 12-story, 105-unit condominium property and supervised three employees.

• Repaired and replaced damaged property including sump pumps, garage gates, and air conditioning.

• Maintained cleanliness of the property, performed general maintenance, and made improvements and upgrades when necessary.

• Negotiated with contractors on large projects and assisted condominium owners’ minor unit repairs.

Position: Carpenter West Palm Beach, FL

• Performed various tasks for new bridge construction over inter-coastal waterway including: building forms out of wood and metal, pouring concrete, cutting concrete pylons, attaching concrete forms to pylons, bolting forms together, and removed forms upon drying of concrete.

• Ensured safety at all times working 100 feet in the air and in water and using tools such as, concrete cutter, concrete vibrator, generator water pumps, and grinder.

• Wired and re-wired new and older homes as well as portable buildings, running electrical wires under floor boards, down walls, in metal and plastic conduit.

• Install photocells for lights, outlets, extra circuits in fuse boxes, and change out fuse boxes.

• Test circuits for continuity and for breaks in the wire.
