1) Project Name : 500W Solar Charge Controller (RT 500):

Tool Used : Orcad 10 Version

Responsibilities : Testing and Trouble Shooting Fault cards.

Client Company : BSNL Through Tata power solar Bangalore.

Brief project Description:

Basically RT 500 is a 500W PWM based solar Charge

controller (SCC).The basic function of this SCC is to charge the battery

bank through the Array (solar panel) during day time. Actual available

solar voltage and current from panel is unregulated one so this SCC

regulate the voltage and current And supplies the regulated required power

to the battery. My role is to test this SCC and to troubleshoot the card in

case found faulty.

2) Project Name : Solar Charge Controller with Led Driver (ECU)

Tool Used : Orcad 10 Version

Responsibilities : Testing and Trouble Shooting Fault cards.

Client Company : Tata power solar Bangalore.

Brief project Description:

Basically this ECU is a PWM based solar Charge

controller (SCC) with inbuilt Led driver for 15W capacity. The basic

function of this ECU is to charge the battery bank through the Array (solar

panel) during day time. Actual available solar voltage and current from

panel is unregulated one so this SCC regulate the voltage and current And

supplies the regulated required power to the battery. This ECU has Dusk to

dawn feature in it and deep battery discharge protection.

My role is to test this ECU and to troubleshoot the card in case found

faulty.

in Irrigation to sense the water content of the Soil. According to

which the motor will be powered on and off.

> Priority based traffic light controller for emergency services: This

project is based on Embedded System technology. This project presents

the design of traffic life system that response for emergency vehicle

to immediately bypass the traffic signal
