I S Support

• Setup and installed as well as maintained all hardware for new distribution center in January 2000. This

included AS400, PC’s, printers, (HPs, desktops, copy machines, fax machines, Zebra printers, line

printers,) all phones in warehouse as well as punched down all lines on 110 block. Setup and installed

all data cabinets in warehouse including the main computer room. Set up and maintained paging

system, RF equipment on forklifts, hand helds and carts. Did at least 10 upgrades to system and went

from wired to wireless.

• Was lead when building was expanded in 2004 and again in 2008 when new office space was

completed.

• Support, install, upgrade and trouble shoot PC’s, printers, RF equipment, phone systems WAN as well as

LAN server, data cabinet equipment, (switches, fiber optic cables, routers, hubs, wireless RF antennas

and stations, frame relays lines, riverbed, security camera system, set up and maintained video

conferencing, slide projectors, time clocks and card system.

• Keep and maintained inventory list of all hardware and its location in building. Did weekly inventory

list for corporate office for label and paper supply.

• From 1998 to 2000, I supported, installed, upgraded and did tech support for software and hardware for

remote PC’s, routers and printers located in 75 stores. This included setting up and installing routers in

every store, polling all stores each day, inventory and ordering weekly via network with each store.

Setup new store hardware to ship.

• When company moved from North Highlands facility to new Distribution Center in Stockton I

inventoried and removed all old computer equipment that was not being used in new site. I moved all

equipment that was to be used in Stockton and set up on new network.

• Setup and installed two off site office location for staff that was not moving to Stockton.

accounts on network as well as Notes accounts for office of 100 end users in support center.

• Provide support for 5 remote location medical centers hardware as well as install and trained staff in

monthly journal information for as well as mailing lists.
