• Managed program management office for QuickBooks Online. Drove organizational

improvements throughout global team to optimize development and release cycles to enable

scaling and a more flexible and reliable release model. Team is working with global

organization to realign on agile work processes.

• Drove portfolio management process for QuickBooks Online ecosystem. Worked with product

management and development teams for prioritization of projects to provide a comprehensive

roadmap that is communicated to executives and worldwide leaders.

• Program managed end-to-end cycle of individual projects within QBO ecosystem. This

includes product development, and cross channel communication across multiple business

units throughout the company.

• Built 50 person team distributed in Northern and Southern California, and India that spanned

Engineering, User Experience, Configuration Management and SQA. Presented roadmap

• Web-based Digital Review tool for playback and management of media for desktop, mobile

and theater reviews.

Managing the storage, retrieval, and indexing of production files and metadata, with the

highly available environment. New SaaS-based platform supports large-scale cloud

rendering, with multi-petabyte storage and management. Built using a variety of

technologies and languages including Java, C++ and Python for a Linux environment.

issues.

• Cloud management and reporting tools for large-scale render submissions distributed
