7.0) as well as JBOSS EAP. The platforms I've built here have provided 5+

integration, administration, and troubleshooting expertise for application
servers at Lockheed Martin's operational support contract with Centers for
Medicare Services (CMS/HHS). Duties include operational responsibility for
70+ Java application deployments across 30+ WAS installations. I
participated in the design, and provided the primary integration and
operational troubleshooting for the Java applications resulting from the
Medicare Modernization Act (MMA). I am credited with effectively
establishing JEE operational support as a core competency within the
Lockheed contract, and establishing and leading a team of 6 WAS

Initially responsible for bringing stability to HDS SAN connected disks on
Solaris UNIX and Windows servers. I took interest in the support of
WebSphere application servers and was brought into a project team to create
Allfirst Bank's first online web banking application. Duties involved
initial build, administration, and support for 24 SUN SPARC servers running
Solaris 8, VXVM and VXFS (Veritas), Iplanet/Sun ONE httpd, WebSphere 3.5,
Sun ONE LDAP server 5.0sp2, Oracle 8, Netegrity Siteminder 4.5.2, and
Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM). In this role I became quite skilled at
troubleshooting WebSphere based J2EE applications. It was a great job,
which unfortunately moved to Buffalo NY when M&T Bank bought Allfirst.

. Multiple Microsoft Exchange deployment and troubleshooting engagements
involving some of the largest Exchange installations of the time.
. Net-tel Inc.- an emerging telco in Washington, D.C. I successfully
lead a project to integrate/deliver a multi-tiered application

Symmetrix 3830, a Connectrix (McData) ED-1032 Fibre Channel switch,

. Net2000 Inc. - Implemented an NT/Solaris heterogeneous SAN based on
Compaq's ENSA initiative. The solution provided Net2000 with a 36 node
Brocade based SAN that included a StorageWorks disk farm and Veritas
Netbackup to a DLT based robotic library (TL-895).
. Teligent Inc. - Provided a security audit based on known NT and
Solaris exploits. Planned and lead effort to test production failover
of core business applications. Consulted with CIO on matters related
to SAN and Business continuance planning.
. Qwest Communications - multiple engagements at sites nationwide.
Projects all involved setup of SPARC based servers with SUN StorEdge
and DEC StorageWorks based disk arrays.

Wang VS COBOL programmer responsible for migration of proprietary Wang
applications to UNIX. Introduced TCP/IP to USAID Banyan VINES LAN/WAN.
Worked on team to introduce dedicated multi-protocol routers (Cisco) and
solve interoperability issues resulting from dual network protocols on
Windows 3.1 desktops. Chosen to participate in a highly coveted role as
