Managed Fleet Operations at Frito-Lay's largest Traffic Center.

. I managed 12 employees, had budget planning responsibility, parts

purchases & inventory, tractor/trailer maintenance. (74 Tractors and 276

Trailers), fuel procurement, performance management (cost, service,

quality & people), and Fleet asset verification/utilization.

. Successfully implemented centralized records and standards for the four

state service areas around warranty credits and D.O.T. compliance saving

F/L $83K. in the first year.

Warehouse Manager Frito-Lay, Frankfort, Indiana

Responsibilities included P&L, staffing and supervising a 3-shift operation

managing 300 employees in a 450K sq ft facility.
