Project Description
The Main functionality of this project is to develop a comprehensive strategy and timeline around
Siebel CRM rollout throughout NAS HR and Payroll Support Business Units. Implement the approved
plan rolling out to all National Account Business Units within the desired timelines published by the NAS
Executive Team with no loss of current functionality to our associates or clients and no reduction in
productivity.
The overall business purpose for the Siebel CRM initiative is to gain a 360 degree view of our
clients, contacts, products, and service requests while eliminating the need to re-key or duplicate data in
multiple databases. This application had tested in three releases with different builds in the version Siebel
Call Center 7.8
Responsibilities
Involved in the Business Requirement walkthrough sessions and understand the application
functionality.
Designed the test Scripts based on the Functional specifications in Quality Center to perform
Functional testing.
Prepared Test Sizing effort that included the tasks need to be completed within the assigned

Project Description
Quintiles is the only fully integrated bio and pharmaceutical services provider offering clinical,
commercial, consulting and capital solutions. The project involved Build & Support of Siebel
Applications. It mainly integrates to the clinical data management and clinical monitoring. This
application had tested in three releases with different builds in the version Siebel 8.1. The application has
been used to monitor the patients in clinical trial treatment. It maximizes the system capabilities and
provides easy access to the end user.
The application splits into different modules such as, Accounts& Contacts, Investigator
Payments, PPPM, Project Close Out, Recruitment ATP, Regulatory, Site Contracts, Site ID, SSU and
SVR. These modules help to maintain the data of patient’s selection and to observe the proper patient
protection standards.
Responsibilities
Analyze the process flow of the module based on the Functional Design Document.
Experience in presenting the process flows and mock up screens to the entire team.
Prepared Test strategy, Test Scenarios for E-clinical application
Assisted Team members in preparing the Test Scenarios and test cases based on requirements for
Regression Testing.
