Project Description:

CSS, DC and CS2 application is a web based application developed for

ACER they are used in Call Centers and Repair Centers for a well-known

Electronic Goods manufacturer in Europe, Pan America and Asia Pacific. ASP

is a Windows application for ACER as same procedure what we follow in CSS.

The basic goal of the application is to fulfill customer expectation and

quick deliverables of customers repaired product by various process. CSS

application is integrated with the carriers, CS2 (Customer Service Square)

and other application used by suppliers, (ASP) authorized service provider

and dealers (DC- Dealer Care). It acts as a major role in logistic module,

which is integrated with other application used by the supplier and dealer

systems.

Testing.

. Preparation of Test Case and Error Log.
