Projects Undertaken
Project 1:
“FUEL INLET QUANTITY INDICATOR IN AUTOMOBILE”
This project is designed to measure the inlet quantity of fuel in the automobile
fuel tank. This project mainly designed to ensure that the petrol poured by petrol bunk
is correct.
The inlet quantity is measured by placing the flow sensor in flowing path, it
measure the flow rate and that will be converted in to quantity by using PIC
microcontroller and that will be displayed in the LCD display.
Project 2: Project carried out in “Bharath Heavy Electricals Limited”
“OIL PUMPING UNIT FOR A YAN DRIER USING
VIRTUAL INSTRUMENTATION”
This project is designed to monitor and control the oil parameters in the oil
heater for maintain the oil health properly. Oil parameters are level of storage tank,
pressure of pump, temperature of oil and check the flow of pipeline.
The above parameter measured using sensor and it will be given to Lab VIEW,
monitoring and controlling program is done in Lab VIEW software.
