* Passed Matriculation Examination from BIHAR SCHOOL EXAMINATION BOARD PATNA in the year 2000 with 2nd Division.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:

* Passed two year technical Training from INDUSTRIAL TRAINING INSTITUE (I.T.I) RANCHI in the trade of “MECHANICAL “during the session from August 2000 to July 2002.

PREVIOUS JOB IN INDIA:

* Worked with “USHA MARTIN INDUSTRIES LIMITED “Jamshedpur under contractor in water works Division as a “WATER UTILITY OPERATOR “with effect from 18th September 2002 to 28th December 2006.

* Worked with “WATER TECH. ENTERPRISES” (Thermax Ltd) under contractor site at Jamshedpur inside Tisco in water & DM water treatment Division as a “UTILITY OPARETOR” since 18th January 2007 to 21 December 2009.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

* Standard operation and performance REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT, including Chemical, Biological and Tertiary Treatment.

* Utilizing SCADA system to monitor all the treatment operation and sensitive pumping stations monitoring.

* Inspection and operations of all mechanical equipment such as vertical & horizontal pumps, paddle mechanism, compressor, screw & Belt conveyor, and Sluice Gate Valve and Diesel generator.

* Assist & performed laboratory testing of water, wastewater, sludge, and by-products of the water and wastewater treatment process to determine their components and prepares reports of the results of these tests; Analyzes samples for pH, Alkalinity, Conductivity, Turbidity, and Color, TSS, NH4-N, Phosphorus, Nitrite, Nitrate, COD and BOD5; and bacteria tests.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PUMP OPERATING

* .I have knowledge about many types of pumps like positive displacement pump, non positive displacement pump, booster pump, submersible pump, turbine and jet pump, centrifugal pump, screw pump, dewatering pump etc.

* I have knowledge about trouble shooting of pump,surge vessel, valves like motorize valve, butterfly valve,gate valve,check valve, penstock, stop log,NRV, boll valve,solenoid valve, Actuator etc,

* Maintain log book, take hourly reading, Totalizer reading of 24 hours in log sheet etc.

MAIN FUNCTION & DUTY PERFORMANCE:-

* To enable smooth operation to fulfill the consumer's demand.

To control water temperature to provide good cooling.

* To observe water properties (Ph. &Conductivity, Hardness, T.D.S & T.S.S etc).

* If undesirable then to attemp to enhance the water quality by addition of appropriate chemical.

* To inspect all equipment located in the field.

* To remove deposited scale and sludge from circuite water.

* To maitaine log book for events occurred in respective shift and to record equipment's history as per daily routine -check.

* To associate with shut down jobs.

* running inspections of all equipments removal and disposal scale and sludge from the

* Knowledge of Non positive displacement and positive displacement pumps used in Water Treatment, waste water Treatment, different type of pumping station reservoir.

* Well known of Electrical and electronic control system. (Level indicator transmitter, pressure indicator transmitter, Mercury tipping float switch, Float operated switch, Pressure switch, Ultrasonic level detector, flow meter, flow totalizer etc).

* Knowledge of piping accessories and well versed of valves such as isolating valves, hack valve, non return valves, pressure sustaining valves, with pilot stager motorized valves and different types of the valves in different pumping station.
