Rent Café Portal Account Manager

Yardi Systems, Inc. December 2011 - November 2013

Portal Account Manager for Yardi Rent Café. Responsibilities included being the initial point of contact for

the client, reviewing project plans, implementation of the portal project, coordinating with the design team,

and lastly providing the client with a functional portal for their properties in conjunction with the Yardi

Voyager interface. Other duties also included; training and continued service of the product and continued

client relations on a monthly basis, to ensure that the product was exceeding standard market values.

Affordable Housing Associate Property Manager - Senior Community

PK Management, LLC May 2007 - August 2010

Co-manager of a HUD Subsidized/Tax Credit senior property. Provided leadership to staff during lease

renewal process. Maintained the HUD waiting list, and was responsible for all aspects of the leasing

process. Provided excellent customer service and resident retention skills. Responsible for posting

invoices, maintenance of resident ledgers and files. Overseeing of maintenance staff in the completion of
