Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar, Forward Area Air Defense, and Wireless Audio Visual System.

Supervised, trained and mentored seven to eight Base Defense Operation Center Operators coming

from different contract employers with varying backgrounds, education, and skill sets.

Retrained each Operator according to Standard Operating Procedures and for a specific aspect of the

job. Results were that the Operators could perform effectively within a team or independently.

Reorganized the logistical procedures for the equipment to allow efficient operations, retrieval,

utilization, and related activities.

Organized all property, computers, navigation equipment and other components of radar systems

valued in the hundreds of thousands.

Created a Property Book system that included: inventory of existing property, division of sensitive

items, a sign-in and sign-out procedure for each piece of equipment and tool set, and a tracking and

status reporting procedure in order to account for all property at any given time.

C-RAM Senior Network Monitoring Analyst, at Bagram AFB (08/2010 to

MANAGED THE C-RAM System that alerted Forward Operating Bases of incoming threats in order for

personnel to take protection cover. Completed System Administrator tasks and Networking assignment that

managed the system intranet and inter-network.

Challenged to evaluate the existing situation and determine the strengths and weakness of position and

what steps needed to be taken.

Created Standard Operating Procedures for C-RAM network monitoring that allowed for systematic

operations with specified expectations.
