Responsibilities

Patrolled the building premises to assure that all outer doors were locked and also responded to any residents

complaints regarding noise etc., Answered all incoming calls to the swithcboard desk and completed residents

maintenance requests using the Yardi computer system. Allowed resident entry into the healclub as long as

proper identification was shown. Per residents request, gave out spare keys to the units wiht proper permission

to enter authorization. Assure that each visitor signed in the log while reaching the residents by phone to get

authorization for the guests to come to the units. Completed incident reports for lock outs, noise, etc.

Accomplishments

I follwed all company policies and procedures required to assure the safety of all persons within the building.

Also, I contacted the fire department when residents were ill or in distress.Became familiar with the building

residents which allowed them to be comfortable in talking to me.
