Primary accountabilities include strategic planning, budget
development, accounting, banking/treasury management, capital
planning, contract negotiations, and board reporting.
Led a team of eight with three management reports; oversaw cross-
functional team in accounting, cost/variance analysis and budget
development (2,000+ G/L accounts). Treasurer of 501(c)3 Friends of
Reston for Community Projects.
Corrected non-GAAP accounting processes and brought repair/replacement
reserve account into compliance with state regulatory requirements.
Actively involved in obtaining bond financing for acquisition of new

Reversed a $14.0 million deficit from fiscal year 2004 and delivered a
$12.5 million budget surplus through the development/implementation of
