Critical Care/Acute Care Cardiovascular Medicine Physician Assistant (Cardiac Step Down Unit)

• First call for management and care of all cardiac pt's in the unit to include STEMI, NSTEMI, Heart

Failure, Arrhythmias, Renal Failure, Flash Pulmonary Edema, Pre-OP CABG, and Device Placements

• Primary responder to all in unit rapid responses and Codes following BLS and ACLS protocols

• Initiation and titration of ionotropes and vasopressors
