Over ten years of hands-on experience as systems administrator with

manager and Department Head. Have developed skills with multiple hardware

platforms and software applications. Experienced in both the managerial

and technical aspects of the information technology field. Led and

Directly responsible for the management of the Information Technology/ISO

14001/Safety department within the general administration division of the

organization. Responsibilities include the following: Scheduling,

coordinating, and allocation of all department resources and manpower,

development of all department schedules and timelines, defining and

setting weekly, monthly, and annual targets and goals, development of

department KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), driving all department

projects and activities, coordinating department communications and

visuals throughout the organization, meeting executive expectations.

Managed, deployed, and maintained all servers, firewalls, network

infrastructure, telecommunications, software, and users at OTICS USA.

Migrated Email services from Microsoft Exchange 2000 to Exchange 2003.

Migrated file sharing services, active directory, and print services from

Windows server 2000 to windows server 2003. Migrated ERP system from

Autocetre, utilizing Windows server 2000 platform to Syteline, utilizing

Windows server 2008 platform. Upgraded Microsoft Office from 2003 to 2007

throughout the organization, and deployed the Windows 7 OS. Researched

LogOn Computer Services to expand into Wireless Internet Service

Provider marketplace.

. Worked closely with CEO in developing marketing strategy and pricing

structure to be utilized during launch of wireless Internet service.

. Migrated 1000 dial up Internet customers from equipment located in

company NOC to outsourced equipment that resulted in decreased

operating cost for the company.

both cost and man-hours.

. Deployed, configured, and maintained Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall

used to filter corporate and dial up user's email, which resulted in a

reduction in lost man-hours and reduced help desk calls.

. Managed helpdesk personnel by implementing current corporate policy

and protocols while developing new policy and protocols to increase
