Responsibilities:

Prepare Weekly Progress Report in coordination with team and submit report to HODs.

Carrying out advance planning and scheduling for shipbuilding activities and equipments installations.

Regularly monitoring and follow up of project activities within time, quality & budgetary parameters.

Procurement activities of project involving vendor identification, solicitation of offers, comparative bid

analysis, price negotiations & order finalization.

Preparation of Project Technical Specifications, Minutes of Technical and Commercial Negotiations.

Maintain delivery reports with respect to Schedule date, holdup, penalties and documentation.

Participate in techno-commercial meetings and controlling documents for record and reference.
