on FTTH/FTTB network solutions.

Be an inspector of the FTTH/FTTB network construction: review the

project plan, check the field construction quality, perform acceptance

check before deliver the network solutions to customers and keep an eye

on routine maintenance.

Solutions example:

1. Power Line Communication solution in FTTH/FTTB network to increase

our company's market share in Home broadband market form 10% to 20%.

Senior Product Integration Test Engineer

In charge of RNC product testing for WCDMA access network.

E2E testing focus on signaling and user data, find out the bugs in

software.

WCDMA UTRAN testing includes:

1.Network element upgrade include: RNC upgrade, OMS upgrade and NODE-B

upgrade

2.TI testing: a Test Image for the bug in software to be verified pass

or not during Integration testing.

3.Manual Test case running, using Nokia test phone to verify the

function of WCDMA access network, found bugs and feedback to the

designer for correction.

Oversea supporting experience: In 2009, I travelled to Indonesia to

support the field engineer for a RNC upgrade process for Indosat, one

of the biggest telecom carriers in Indonesia.

Product Test Engineer

2G, 3G Core network function testing & Regression testing.

Focus on signaling verification, verify the function work correctly and

find out the hidden bugs.

Testing summary:

1. Work in a team for Sagem handset IOT testing on GSMR network.

(1)Using the real mobile for testing, monitor and verify the signaling

message. Find out dozen bugs for designer to fix.

(2)Demonstrated the functions Nortel's GSMR network to China Railway

government officer, such as Group Call, Emergency Call.

2. Prime for NSS19 Source feature verification:

(1) Cause value in ACM message: When call is abnormally disconnected, a

specific value in the Information Element is carried in ACM message; my

task is to verify whether the cause value is correct.

(2) GSM 2nd Authentication: This feature ensures the subscriber to

perform the 2nd time authentication to access to the radio network when

the first time authentication failed.

3. Prime for GSM R4 Enhancement - ISUP OM base on XLA: This feature

introduce new ISUO counter when the call control message hit any XLA

point.

4. Prime for R4 newly added counter testing.

5. Work in a team for MGCF testing.

6. Joined the Upgrade testing team, verify Core Network upgrade.
