Developed a macroscopic 3D cancer drug screening system that closely mimics in vivo conditions to better predict the effects of

cancer therapies for individual cancer patients by continuously perfusing the samples. Flow analysis was perfumed on SolidWor ks

and ANSYS Fluent. Cultured H35 cells in the Perfecta3D Hanging Drop Plates to check the drug effectiveness by live/dead assay
