Title: NEW GENERATION POLLING METHOD USING RF.

Description: The objective of the Project is “To develop a genuine polling system for elections using one of the wireless communications radio frequencies (RF), using EEPROM for storing data, a keypad for giving data and a LCD for displaying the data.”

Main project (Dec- March 2011)

Title: TCP/IP Based Industrial Automation (Ethernet and Modbus).

Description: The objective of the Project is “To implement the compact Ethernet based Industrial automation. This high performance unit is possible by interfacing a Ethernet controller to the high speed AVR controller. And for Modbus communication we are using ATmega8 microcontroller In order to implement this we have to select one Ethernet controller which is SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) based and is easy to interface with microcontroller.”

Achievements and Extra-curricular activities:

• Actively participated in the ANDROID workshop at ILLUMINATI a National level techno-management fest held on 2-4th of March 2011.

• Participated in SPASE-’10 a “Two day seminar on progressive advances in software engineering” at Progressive Engineering College.

• Gave a paper presentation at SPACE-’09 a seminar on “Progressive Advances in Communication and Electronics.”

• Actively organized ENGINEERS DAY-’10 at progressive engineering college.
