Responsible for multiple locations and for P&L. Significantly improved all

alternative routings and methods not previously utilized.

Managed facility with staff of 40, including customer service, routing, distribution,
cost accounting, bookkeeping, and cash control. Initiated use of part time staff to
improve productivity and efficiency during peak hours. Reduced damage and loss
claims by improving Warehouse procedures. Prevented loss of number of
accounts by designing special customer service procedures, thus retaining
