Reports:
. Developed report which displaying the amount due depending on the
credits and the debits on a particular G/L Account depending on the
Accounting document. This also involves the BDC of the FB01
Transaction.
. Developed a Customer User-Exit to send an automated E-Mail whenever
there is a change in the Ordered and the shipped quantity. The Email
clearly shows the discrepancy in the Quantities along with the Order
number and the Item details.
. Developed a report to update the Sales Order reason for rejection
field using BAPI for Transaction - VA02.
. Developed a report for Vendor terms. The report includes the ALV
Grid display functionality for PO and Outline Agreement along with
the Email Functionality to the vendor along with an attachment.
. Handled many Support ticket involving the Background job
cancellation and the many code changes to the existing programs.
. Developed a SAP Script from scratch displaying the Order
Confirmation listing the Item Status and the Order details. The
default output is telefax to the customer maintained in the Customer
master.
. Implemented the User Exit for updating the Tax code for the
component of the Work Order created through IW31 or IW32.
. Implemented a Module Pool program which includes the Smart form
creation
. Created the RFC function modules for Sales Order change, Order
Inquiry etc.
. Created the SAP script for printing the specific Label type

block at the Order header

. Worked the SAP Travel Management Workflow and implemented the same
from the scratch which includes the enhancement of the standard BO

an Order is created based on custom rules triggered the workflow

. Created the driver program to update the Plant at the Sales Order
Item level and Plant will be determined based on the custom rules

entries of the Custom Table. The Transaction includes the Uploading
& Displaying the Document to the Archive Link.

created the Report to display the changes to the entries of the

be called from the Above Transaction.
. Created an ALV Grid Display report to display the Retiree Employee
Cost details which Includes the Smartform development which will be
called using from this report from the Custom Application Toolbar.
. Developed a Module Pool Transaction for the Printing the Sold-To
specific Price List which will display the Price list in the PDF
format and form was developed using the Smartform and has the
capability of mailing the generated price list, Fax, Print and
Saving the File in the Unix Path Location.

Upgrade Changes
. Basically as this is an Upgrade projects I have made the Programs
into Unicode compactable by rectifying the Unicode changes and made
the program to work as expected in ECC new version.
. Replacement of the BDC Programs with new recording.
. Replacements of the absolute Function Modules in the programs.
. Involved in the testing phase of the programs.
. Rectified the errors happening after upgrading the system like
Expected functionality was working which might me due to the standard
program. These kinds of Issues are rectified by searching applying
the OSS Notes.
