LED Lighting Retrofit – The scope of work consist of replacing over 30,000 lamps from
fluorescent to LED lamps within 42 schools in the Bibb County area. All ballast
removed and connectors replace. Manage all lighting calculations without any
lumen lost. Manage all personnel including hourly and salary. Replace
gymnasium lights from high pressure sodium to induction lamps.
Manage financials to ensure all projected labor cost is on track including material
cost and time schedule. Protect project profit without lowing quality of work and
or material cost. Ensure all time schedules met and are on track with primary
contractors.
Fulton County DFCS Primary Contractor – Carter Goble Lee 2013
Scope of work consist of retrofit all lighting and ballast from T-12 to T8
bulbs. This is a five story building with over 5,000 fixtures. I manage all
personnel including handling of material quality with scheduling and
delivery of products in a timely manner as schedule to the customer
satisfaction.
Ga. 400 Toll Primary Contractor – Carter Goble Lee 2014
Scope of work consist of monthly Vibration test on ventilation fans inside
Georgia 400 tunnel. These monthly test confirms fans are operational and
meets minimal vibration and are secure to structure. We also confirm fans
are energize when oxygen levels are below 20 percent. This is performed
thru the use of PLC Logic controls.
Manage financial budget in order to reach projected profit without compromise to the
quality of work/material cost or expected completion date.
Forest Park Library Primary Contractor – Hogan Construction 2013
Manage low voltage installation of voice data installation. Management
include meeting with managers set time schedules. Manage scope of work
by crew and equipment meet or exceeds customer standards. Control all
capital in order in meeting projected profit.
Clayton County Landfill Primary Contractor – Trane 2012
The scope of work manage on this project were all safety matters. This project was green power
involving extracting methane gas from the earth selling it to Georgia Power. All
safety meeting administered by myself on weekly bases. Enforce lock out tag out
procedures. Including all safety rules and regulation on a construction site
governed under OSHA rules and regulations. Manage financial budget to execute
scope of work within timely manner. Protect projected profits are on track.
Gwinnett Co. Detention Center Primary Contractor Trane & E Escher Inc. 2011
The scope of work consist of installing steam and hot water boiler temperature control systems
including kitchen exhaust system controller by a semi automatic variable speed
hood controller design by Spring Air. All wiring through the use of a 4-20 milliamp
signals. Install beck valves, shut off valves including emergency stop controls.
Mange personnel, time schedule and financials.
Hendrix Elementary Primary Contractor – Turner Construction 2010
Noise Reduction Project. The Scope of work consisted of removing all ceiling
lights allowing other contactors to install buffer inside the ceiling. Once
completed, install new florescent lights and coordinate grid ceiling installation. On
site supervision, Audit existing conditions, Disconnect existing A/C wall units,
demo conduit, Install new conduit and wiring, Install new panels, transformers,
and breakers. Provide duct detectors, wiring and programing including equipment
