As partner of Great Expectations Catering since 2005, I have had the privilege of catering
to the National Guard. Prior to my catering business I gained experience as a debt
collector. I enjoy working with others and th rive on meeting new challenges. I have
exceptional organizational skills and am capable of managing several tasks at a time. I am

Relevant Experience
• 2005-Cur rent Operations Manager -Responsible for managing several locations
feeding 100 to 1500 soldiers at a t ime. Handling all the logistics from unloading food
t rucks with a forklift into the warehouse, supervising/training 15 people at a time,
obtaining government contracts, ordering product, setting schedules, payroll,
i nvoicing, stocking, t rucking driving, inventory control, managing health department
regulations.
• 2003-2005-Operation Manager T reating military uniforms with -
( Permitherin) a b ug r epellent- Responsible for managing operations consisting of
a ll logistics involving incoming and outgoing military uniforms. Experienced in
maneuvering different types of forklifts, driving t rucks not requiring CDL license,
serviced and repaired equipment when needed. Trained and managed 12-15
warehouse employees.
• 1997-2003 Collections-Responsible for collecting on several aged accounts from 0 to
60 days, 0 to 360 days, 60-120 days. Manual and Dial up calling along with skip
t racing and running multiply systems at a t ime. Filling out appropriate paperwork
making sure all policies and procedures are followed.
