Negotiated a $5 million line of credit with Wells Fargo Bank.
Managed all legal issues in two class action law suits as well as
numerous personal actions.
Decreased the number of days to close the books from seven days to
three days in two separate companies.
Instituted numerous changes to conform Human Resources policy with

Assisted a restaurant owner in opening five new locations.

Managed the creation of two subsidiaries in Mexico to offshore a
heavy manufacturing process. This project included finding a
suitable location, negotiating the ground lease, overseeing
construction, obtaining all permits and setting up all import/
export operational procedures as well as accounting procedures and
controls.
Initiated in-depth financial reporting and cost center
accountability.
Project Manager to set up the operations of a credit card marketing
company including internal computer systems and coordination of the
data transfer with third party vendors.
Worked with a Wall Street investment bank to write a private
placement memorandum and sell shares to private investors.

Responsible for five affinity marketing partners from contract
negotiations through implementation of a credit card program.

first nine months of operations.

Built the single family loan origination capability from $2 million
per month to $60 million per month within a six-month period.
Opened four wholesale origination offices throughout California.
Managed a sales force that included 25 Wholesale Account Executives
and 30 Retail Loan agents.
Chief Financial Officer-Mortgage Banking Group
Developed monthly reporting that provided an in-depth profitability
analysis of each area within the Mortgage Bank.
