• Development, initiation and monitoring of the activities for stability and reliability of the
production process and optimisation measures in areas of responsibility.

project start-ups & writing work instructions.

• Bottleneck analysis of Rear End Production of MINI build
1) Identified the critical path analysing processes at each cell of the Rear End
Production area.
2) Using Industrial Engineering techniques of Time and motion study, cycle time
Improvement was achieved

• Master's Project: To formulate the strategy for the design optimization of automotive
components using CAD & CAE techniques. As a part of this project, I researched shape and
topological optimization techniques & their applications, the process of optimization,
mathematics involved and different simulation environment used for analysing the
component. Used Pro-Engineer to do the CAD part and further optimization process with Pro-
Mechanica and ANSYS for Parametric Optimization and Solidthinking Inspire software for
Non-Parametric Optimization. I compared and contrasted the results and presented the
finding in a technical report.
