TECHNICAL SKILLS

Main Plant became operational by utilizing acquired experience in operations, analysis, maintenance,
communication and management
• Responsible for establishing guidelines to reorder all chemicals and consumables for the plant, to identify
usages of consumables based of historical data
Reliability and Maintenance
• Developed a Preventative Maintenance (PM) program for multiple pieces of equipment with the stated goal of
minimizing down time and eliminating unexpected equipment failure.
• Implemented and developed a Critical Devices Procedure that identified all critical parts for the plant to
ensure minimum impact on production and to keep all critical parts in the pipe line.
• Continued to establish modification for the RO Plant to maximize production and to improve the PM program
to keep the plant equipment operating with maximum efficiency.
