Field Electrical Engineer/Supervisor - April 1990 to September 1991
Led a team of 15 engineers and 10 electricians in the design and
installation of a $10 million steel melting operation. The project included
the retrieval, marriage and upgrade, both technologically and physically,
of multiple steel melting equipment from numerous facilities around the US.
Then supervised the installation of this redesigned melting
process/facility into its new location. Negotiated resolution of design
flaws and construction issues by opening communications between feuding
parties--manufacturer, engineering group, sub contractor, and customer.
Cavert Wire Co., Uniontown, PA
Plant Engineer - 1989 to 1990
Designed, directed, and implemented a $14 million processing project
designed to consolidate three manufacturing facilities into a single plant.
Designed and incorporated a new production process into the plant layout
that ultimately resulted in the company's ability to manufacture two new
products--annealed and galvanized wire. Directed labor force and contract
personnel.

Industrial/Project/Process/Design Engineer - 1983 to 1988
A privately owned and operated glass container manufacturing business.
Involved in a 1.5 year management trainee program training me in every
department of the business with eventual management succession plan in
place. Negotiated union contract issues between management, union of over
500 members, and salaried employees. Enhanced every aspect of the business
from labor force, capital improvements, manufacturing efficiencies and
modernization to the computer age.
Hidden Valley Ski School Inc., Hidden Valley, PA
Ski Instructor/Supervisor/Customer Relations - 1976 to 2009
Supervise and train 120 instructors annually for a school that each year
teaches more than 40 thousand men, women, and children to ski. Taught
skiing skills to members of the general public.

Treasurer and Board member of this 501c3 nonprofit first aid organization -

Seasonal volunteer as a ski patroller, plus train and develop other
