Campus by HP Engineers. Document all defect and troubleshoot computers, monitors, networks, and
digital signage displays. Also, Configure, managed, and test all HP ProLiant Blades servers, HP ProLiant
Storage Servers, EVA, SAN (storage area network), Cisco, and HP Procurve switches according to
documented testing procedures for each customer. Deploy and program all special ordered software’s
according to customer’s request. Assembled, troubleshoot, and repaired motherboards, circuit boards,
chipsets, control panels, and wiring by fallowing electrical schematics. Install, configured, monitored,
tune and maintained all servers. Troubleshoot and repair server and desktops, Blades, ProLiant Storage
Servers, and SAN for hardware/software, and networking issues. Monitor and improve our LAN and
desktop computers in daily basis to ensure no down time. Backed up and secure data using Symantec
